Ship Together is an app for Shopify stores. It combines a customer’s unshipped orders, so you pay for one label instead of two.
Looks for unshipped orders from the same customer to the same address, placed within a time window you choose.
Combine matching orders by hand, one click per group. On the Standard plan, turn on automatic merging and new matching orders are merged without asking.
Every merge goes in a history you can look back through. Undo a merge any time before you confirm that the orders shipped together, or undo many at once on the Standard plan.
Same customer, same address, two orders placed an hour apart. Shipped together they weigh about 3 lb.
Illustrative numbers, not carrier rates. Real savings depend on your carrier, package weights and how often customers order twice.
Start free. Move to Standard when five merges a month is not enough.

Not yet. The app is built and working, but it is not on the Shopify App Store. There is no sign-up form on this page. To ask about it, write to support@tifield.com.
Paid, unfulfilled orders from the same customer, to the same address, from the same fulfillment location, placed within your merge window (48 hours by default). Orders from guest checkout are never merged, because a customer account is needed to know they are the same customer.
No new orders are created and no amounts change. The later orders in a group are put on fulfillment hold. Nothing is marked shipped until you confirm that the orders went in the same box.
Yes. After you confirm that the box shipped, each order still in the group is marked fulfilled with the box’s tracking number. A setting decides whether Shopify emails each customer a shipping confirmation; it is off until you turn it on. The packing slip lists every order number in the box with its items, which helps if a customer asks what was sent together.
Undo the merge any time before you confirm. The history shows every merge, and the Standard plan adds undoing many at once.
They are read in memory to find orders worth merging and are not stored. Read the privacy policy for what is kept and for how long.
As of October 2026 we found no built-in way to merge separate orders into one. The usual workaround is to rebuild them by hand as a draft order, one customer at a time. Ship Together keeps the original orders and groups them for one shipment instead.
